How to Find Your Camera's IP Address

Port forwarding allows external access to your camera through your router.

192.168.1.1 or router.asus.com
Default Credentials
admin / admin (set during initial setup)

Steps:

  1. 1Open a browser and go to router.asus.com or 192.168.1.1
  2. 2Log in with your credentials
  3. 3Go to 'WAN' in the left menu
  4. 4Click on 'Virtual Server / Port Forwarding' tab
  5. 5Enable 'Port Forwarding'
  6. 6In the port forwarding list, enter:
  7. 7- Service Name: Camera RTSP
  8. 8- Port Range: 554 (or your camera's port)
  9. 9- Local IP: Your camera's IP address
  10. 10- Local Port: 554
  11. 11- Protocol: BOTH
  12. 12Click the '+' button to add the rule
  13. 13Click 'Apply' to save changes
