How to Find Your Camera's IP Address

Port forwarding allows external access to your camera through your router.

Default Credentials
admin / (blank) or admin / admin

Steps:

  1. 1Open a browser and go to 192.168.0.1
  2. 2Log in (default: admin with no password)
  3. 3Go to 'Advanced' → 'Port Forwarding'
  4. 4Click 'Add Rule' or 'Create New'
  5. 5Enter a Name for the rule
  6. 6Set the Local IP to your camera's address
  7. 7Enter TCP and/or UDP ports
  8. 8Set Schedule to 'Always'
  9. 9Click 'Save' or 'Apply'

Note: D-Link interfaces vary significantly between models. Check your model's manual if needed.
