How to Find Your Camera's IP Address

Port forwarding allows external access to your camera through your router.

Verizon Fios Gateway

192.168.1.1 or myfiosgateway.com

Steps:

  1. 1Open a browser and go to myfiosgateway.com or 192.168.1.1
  2. 2Log in with admin password from router label
  3. 3Go to 'Firewall' → 'Port Forwarding'
  4. 4Click 'Add'
  5. 5Enter a description for the rule
  6. 6Select Device to forward to (your camera)
  7. 7For Application: Select preset or 'Custom Ports'
  8. 8Enter Port range and Protocol
  9. 9Click 'Add' then 'Apply'

Note: Verizon G3100/G1100 routers have similar interfaces. Can use bridge mode for own router.
