How to Find Your Camera's IP Address

Port forwarding allows external access to your camera through your router.

Steps:

  1. 1Open a browser and go to 192.168.0.1
  2. 2Log in with the password from your hub's label
  3. 3Click on 'Advanced settings'
  4. 4Go to 'Security' → 'Port forwarding'
  5. 5Click 'Add rule'
  6. 6Enter a name for the rule
  7. 7Enter local IP (camera's IP address)
  8. 8Select Protocol
  9. 9Enter Internal Start/End and External Start/End ports
  10. 10Enable the rule
  11. 11Click 'Apply'

Note: Virgin Media Hub 3/4/5 have similar interfaces. Hub 3 may require modem mode for advanced features.
